To sign up for a subscription head to the navigation menu under PRODUCTS and choose WELCOME KIT to start your subscription with everything you'll need. Or if you already have foaming soap dispensers choose FOAMING SOAP SUBSCRIPTION. Here you will find all soap subscription options. Just add the single scent or scent combo you like to your cart, then every month you'll receive your 4 soap refill pouches. It's that easy!

To purchase a single item, head to the navigation menu under PRODUCTS and choose INDIVIDUAL. You may choose to order individual items from this page and add them to your cart.

We offer Lavender, Citrus and Unscented foaming soap options. You are able to customize your monthly subscription of 4 foaming soap concentrate refill pouches with a single scent or a scent combination. Visit our Foaming Soap Subscription page for more details.

To start your subscription off right we recommend beginning with one of our Foaming Soap Welcome Kits. These kits include two foaming hand soap glass bottles with dispensers AND four refill pouches of our foaming hand soap concentrate. You will receive the Welcome Kit for your first order and then every month following the 4 foaming soap refill pouches in the single scent or scent combination selected.

Through purchasing a subscription you will provide for those in need and take care of our environment, while also ensuring health and wellness for you and your loved ones, all through using an every day item for your home.

When you join and purchase a subscription, foaming hand soap is donated to an organization in need, not just once but every year on your subscription anniversary. Additionally, through your use of refill pouches you reduce single use plastics. Plus we've ensured our packaging is at the minimum and what we do use can go straight into the recycling bin, making a positive impact on our environment. Also, our pure and organic ingredients, with no hidden additives, make it safe for everyone to use.

Each foaming hand soap we offer is made up of a base of only the following ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Castor Oil, Rosemary Extract, Citric Acid. The scents are made up of pure essential oils only, no additives or artificial scents of any kind. Our soap is Paragon ,Phthalate, sulfate, synthetics, SLS/SLES and dye free.

Individual items, subscription welcome kits and subscription soap pouches all take 24 - 48 hours to process from the time you place your order and another 2 - 3 days to arrive at your door.

Using the email you entered when ordering we'll keep you informed every step of the way, so you'll know when to expect to receive your order.

All subscription orders, which includes all Foaming Soap Subscription Welcome Kits and all Foaming Soap Subscriptions, qualify for free shipping.

Additionally, any order of individual products that is greater than $35 before tax qualifies for free shipping as well.

If one of your bottles arrives broken or a refill pouch is damaged/leaking please contact us at support@promisesoap.com. We will send a replacement free of charge any additional cost and shipping is on us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@promisesoap.com within 30 days of your order. We want you to love our products as much as we do, we'll work with you to find a solution.
